Data Deletion & Account Removal

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can remove EzyCoders' access to your Facebook data by visiting Facebook Settings → Apps & Websites and removing EzyCoders. To also delete all EzyCoders account data, use the Delete My Account form below, or contact us.

1What Personal Data We Hold

Private content (bookmarks, notes, resumes) 🗑 Deleted All private user content purged
Public posts & Q&A answers 👤 Anonymised Author is replaced with "Deleted User" to preserve community thread integrity
Forum / Discussion posts 👤 Anonymised Same as above — content preserved, identity removed
Server logs ⏳ 90-day retention Standard web logs retained for security, then auto-deleted

2Deletion Timeline

    You submit a deletion request Via the form below or by emailing us — confirmation is sent to your email.
  • 2
    Account is immediately deactivated You are logged out of all devices. No one can log in to the account.
  • 3
    Data deleted within 30 days All personal data, progress, and private content are permanently deleted from our databases and backups.
  • 4
    Public contributions anonymised Any public posts or answers have the author replaced with "Deleted User" so community threads remain intact.
  • 5
    Deletion confirmation sent You will receive a final email confirmation once all data has been purged.

3Other Ways to Request Deletion

You can request deletion through any of these channels — all produce the same result:

  • 📧 Email: Send a request from your registered email address to our contact form with subject "Account Deletion Request".
  • 🔐 Profile Settings: Use the "Delete My Account" form in your Profile (for logged-in users).
  • 📱 Facebook users: Remove the app from Facebook Settings — this also triggers a deletion request to us.

4Submit a Deletion Request

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal data, progress, badges, and private content will be deleted forever. Public posts will be anonymised but not removed to preserve community integrity.

Enter your registered email address and we will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email.
